Your total application fee depends on whether you wish to apply for XLRI corporate programmes during this stage. The payment must be completed online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Mobile Wallets.

  • XAT 2027 Base Exam Fee: ₹2,300 (For all categories)

  • XLRI Additional Programme Fee: ₹200 per programme chosen (e.g., BM or HRM)

  • Indian Candidates via GMAT/GRE (For Executive PGDM): ₹2,600

  • NRI/Foreign Candidates via GMAT/XAT: ₹5,000

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Fill out the XAT 2027 Form?

To prevent mistakes that could cancel your registration, follow this step-by-step sequence:

1. Account Creation: Visit the official page, i.e., xatonline.in. and click on ‘Register.’ Provide your Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID. Set a strong password.
2. Email Verification: Crucial for validation.

Open your email inbox and click the validation link sent by XLRI. This activates your profile and generates your unique XAT ID.

3. Data Entry: Personal and Academic Details.

Log back into the portal with your credentials. Carefully fill out your personal information, address, Class 10th, 12th, and graduation scores. Include work experience if applicable.

4. Preferences and Uploads: Select Cities & Programmes.

Select your preferred XLRI programs. Choose up to 6 test cities where you prefer to write the exam. Upload a recent color passport photo (20–50 KB) and a scanned signature (10–20 KB) against a plain background.

5. Review and Fee Payment: Final Step.

Click the ‘Preview’ tab to verify every piece of entered information. Once satisfied, click submit and proceed to the payment gateway to pay the registration fee. Download the confirmation page and fee receipt for future reference.
