AIIMS MSc Open Round 2026 seat allocation released: online acceptance and joining by 28 September

During this period, candidates could also submit resignation or seat surrender letters, with the deadline set for 14 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. This Open Round represents the final stage of online seat allocation in the AIIMS M.Sc. admission cycle, covering M.Sc. Courses, M Biotechnology, and M.Sc. Nursing.

Eligibility for the Open Round required candidates to have qualified in AIIMS M.Sc. 2026 and be identified as eligible on their MyPage dashboard. Candidates who had previously declined or resigned from an earlier allotment but remained eligible were also permitted to participate. The registration process was entirely online, requiring candidates to log in to their MyPage account using their registration ID and password. Only locked choices were considered for allotment, with unlocked or incomplete preference lists treated as invalid.

Core admission criteria for the Open Round included educational qualification, a valid AIIMS M.Sc. 2026 entrance exam score and rank, category certificates, and medical fitness. The participating AIIMS institutions include AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Raebareli, AIIMS Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur, Nagpur, Gorakhpur, Bathinda, Deoghar, Rajkot, Mangalagiri, Bibinagar, and Kalyani, among other notified campuses. M.Sc. Courses encompass subjects such as Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, and related basic and applied sciences. Candidates applying for M.Sc. Nursing were required to register through the M.Sc. Nursing section under Academic Courses on the official website.
