Failure to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee within the stipulated period can lead to the cancellation of the allotment. This round marks the conclusion of the online counselling process for the current academic session.

Eligibility and Application Process

Eligible candidates for Round 3 include those undertaking fresh registration, candidates who were not allotted a seat in Round 1 or 2, those whose seat was cancelled in Round 2, and certain candidates continuing from earlier rounds. An existing eligible candidate opting for fresh choice filling in Round 3 will have their previous choice filling or allotment cancelled. The counselling registration fee is ₹500 and is non-refundable. For candidates receiving an allotment for the first time, a Seat Acceptance Fee of ₹5,000 is applicable.

Candidates are advised by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board to select as many suitable institute and branch choices as possible, considering at least 20 choices, to maximise their chances of securing a seat.
