This round is the last opportunity for candidates with a valid JECA 2026 General Merit Rank (GMR) to secure a seat, as no further regular upgradation will be possible after this stage. Candidates participating in the third round of JECA Counselling 2026 are required to complete fresh registration and submit their choices for institutions and courses. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 is applicable for all participants. These include the WB JECA 2026 Rank Card, the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, Class 10th and 12th mark sheets, graduation mark sheets and certificate, any applicable category or domicile certificates, passport-sized photographs, and the fee payment receipt.
