RUHS UG Pharmacy counselling 2026 round 3 registration begins: apply by 30 September

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) initiated the Round 3 registration process for Undergraduate (UG) Pharmacy Counselling 2026 today, September 24, 2026. This round, which is the final opportunity for candidates in the current admission cycle, will conclude on September 30, 2026. The counselling aims to fill Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and D.Pharm seats across various institutes in Rajasthan.

The official notification for this round was issued by RUHS on September 23, 2026. Eligible candidates include those who registered for earlier rounds and remained unallotted, as well as fresh candidates who meet the specified eligibility criteria for B.Pharm admission. The entire registration and choice-filling process is conducted online through the RUHS counselling portal at ruhsraj.org.

Registration Process and Deadlines

Candidates interested in participating in the third round of UG Pharmacy Counselling must complete their registration on the RUHS official portal by September 30, 2026. The provisional merit list for this round is scheduled for release on October 1, 2026. Following the merit list, candidates will be able to fill and lock fresh college and course choices from October 1 to October 5, 2026.

The seat allotment result for Round 3 will be declared on October 8, 2026. After that, candidates who are allotted a seat will be required to complete their joining and document submission at their respective institutes between October 8 and October 14, 2026. Applicants must ensure they have scanned documents and payment details prepared before commencing the online registration.

Eligibility and Fee Structure

Both non-CUET 2026 candidates and those with valid RUHS CUET 2026 scores are eligible to participate in Round 3. However, candidates with valid RUHS CUET 2026 scores will be given preference during the seat allocation process. Applicants must fulfill the qualifying examination and domicile requirements as laid down by RUHS. Any discrepancy in submitted documents can lead to the cancellation of an allotted seat.

The registration fee for SC/ST non-CUET fresh applicants is Rs 1,000. For other candidates, including those from General, OBC, and EWS categories, the registration fee is Rs 2,000. Besides the registration fee, a separate counselling fee of Rs 550 must be paid leading up to candidates can proceed with choice filling. The seat matrix for Round 3 will be released on October 1, 2026.

Previous Counselling Rounds and Context

The RUHS CUET Counselling 2026 schedule for various Nursing, Pharmacy, and Allied Health Science courses had earlier rounds. Registration for RUHS CUET Counselling 2026 commenced on June 16, 2026, and concluded on July 20, 2026, for the initial rounds. The counselling fee for RUHS CUET Counselling was ₹550 per faculty course. The academic session for RUHS admissions 2026-27 was scheduled to begin on August 24, 2026.

Previous CUET-based counselling rounds had specific timelines. Round 1 registration was from June 16 to July 20, 2026, with seat allotment on July 22, 2026. Round 2 registration and choice filling took place from July 29 to August 2, 2026, with results on August 5, 2026. A separate Round 3 for CUET-based admissions occurred from August 12 to August 15, 2026, with results on August 17, 2026. This current Round 3 is specifically for UG Pharmacy Counselling 2026, accommodating both CUET and non-CUET candidates, and operates on a distinct schedule.
