AP AYUSH UG 2026 seat matrix released by NTRUHS; BNYS web options close October 4

Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, today, October 3, 2026, released the Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Undergraduate (AP AYUSH UG) Seat Matrix for 2026. This release is for admissions into AYUSH undergraduate courses for the academic year 2026-27, affecting candidates who appeared for NEET UG 2026.

The university also released the BHMS – AU Seat Matrix for UG AYUSH courses for 2026-27 and the BAMS Seat Matrix 26-27 for the AU Area. This counselling process covers All India Quota (AIQ) and Management Quota (MQ) seats in private un-aided AYUSH colleges, along with state quota seats in government and aided colleges.

BHMS Counselling Details and Fee Structure

Online registration for AP NEET UG AYUSH Counselling 2026 for BHMS All India Quota seats commenced on September 18, 2026. The registration and online application window for both BHMS AIQ and MQ seats closed on September 23, 2026, at 9:00 PM. A server maintenance window for the counselling registration portal was scheduled from September 18, 2026, 8:00 PM to September 20, 2026, 10:00 PM.

The application fee for AIQ BHMS seats was Rs. 2,500/-, while for MQ BHMS seats, it was Rs. 3,600/-, both non-refundable with extra bank charges. The university fee for AIQ BHMS seats is Rs. 8,600/-, and for MQ BHMS seats, it is Rs. 20,100/-. The notification for admissions into BHMS AIQ and MQ seats for 2026-27, along with the prospectus/regulations, was issued on September 16, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria and Key Dates for AYUSH Admissions

To be eligible for AP AYUSH Counselling, candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026. Also, applicants must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. Candidates must have completed 17 years of age by December 31, 2026, and those born on or after January 1, 2010, are not eligible.

The commencement of classes for AYUSH courses is scheduled for November 2, 2026. The closure of admissions is set for November 30, 2026, in accordance with the Ministry of AYUSH, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), and National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) schedule.

BNYS Counselling and BAMS Seat Distribution

The counselling schedule notification for Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) was issued on September 28, 2026. Online applications for BNYS commenced on September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with the last date for online application set for October 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Web options for BNYS Phase 1 began on October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and will conclude on October 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

The BAMS Seat Matrix 26-27 for the AU Area, also released by NTRUHS, lists Dr. N.R.S. Govt. Ayurvedic College, Vijayawada, with 63 seats. The university also issued a notice concerning debarred candidates for A.P State counselling for the academic year 2026-27. The AP NEET UG 2026 Revised MBBS Seat Matrix was previously released on August 30, 2026.
