The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has announced the schedule for affiliation applications for the 2026-27 academic session, alongside extended deadlines for specific school categories. This announcement supports the affiliation process for various educational institutions across Haryana for the upcoming academic year.

The updated schedule outlines distinct application windows and associated fees for non-government schools with temporary recognition, as well as extended deadlines for government schools, permanently recognised non-government schools, Gurukuls, and Vidyapeeths. The BSEH, an ISO 9001:2015-Certified Organization, manages the affiliation process, which includes online submission of applications and fees.

Application Deadlines and Fees for Temporary Affiliation

Non-government schools currently holding temporary recognition at the Secondary or Senior Secondary level are required to submit their affiliation applications and fees online between October 6 and October 31, 2026. The affiliation fee for this category is Rs 8,000, which includes 18% GST. Schools that do not meet this October 31 deadline have an additional opportunity to apply from November 1 to November 10, 2026, by paying a late fee.

The late fee for temporary affiliation applications submitted after the initial scheduled period, specifically between November 1 and November 10, 2026, is Rs 5,000, inclusive of 18% GST. The BSEH Chairman, Sh. Shankar Lal Dhupar, and Secretary, Sh. Deepak Babulal Karwa (IAS), stated that “non-government schools holding temporary recognition can apply for affiliation for the 2026-27 session during the prescribed window.”

Extended Deadlines for Other School Categories

The deadline for government schools, non-government schools with permanent recognition, Gurukuls, and Vidyapeeths to submit their affiliation applications and fees has been extended to October 16, 2026. For these categories, a late fee of Rs 5,000, inclusive of 18% GST, is applicable for applications submitted by this extended date. The online affiliation system is available for Government/Private Permanent schools and Gurukuls for the 2026-27 session, and also supports D.El.Ed Affiliation for the same period.

The Department of Secondary Education, Government of Haryana, had previously posted news regarding provisional/temporary affiliation to existing/unrecognized private schools for the academic Session-2026-27 on September 21, 2026. The initial affiliation schedule for the 2026-27 session without a late fee was from September 1, 2026, to October 2, 2026.

Payment and Technical Support

All affiliation fees must be deposited online through the HDFC Bank payment gateway. Applicants are required to upload all documents specified in the affiliation application form. The Board has stated that all other instructions issued earlier regarding the affiliation process remain unchanged.
