Eligibility Criteria and Vacancies
To be eligible for these Group C posts, candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) or an equivalent examination. The total of 25 vacancies are distributed across different categories and posts, with 10 for Sweeper/Safai Karamchari and 15 for Chowkidar. Age relaxation provisions are in place for various categories. Selection Process and Examination Details
The selection process for the Sweeper/Safai Karamchari and Chowkidar posts will involve an Objective/MCQ Test followed by an Interview. The Objective/MCQ Test will carry a total of 100 marks, while the Interview will be for 15 marks. The examination will be bilingual, offered in both English and Hindi, other than language-specific sections.
The Objective/MCQ Test will have a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. Candidates must achieve minimum qualifying marks in the Objective/MCQ Examination: 50% for UR/EWS categories and 45% for OBC(Delhi)/SC/ST/PH(PwBD)/ESM categories. The examination duration is 120 minutes, with an extended time of 160 minutes for PwBD candidates.
