  • Errors in Photograph or Signature: If the printed admit card displays missing or incorrect photos/signatures, students must print the hall ticket, attach a passport-sized photograph manually, sign it, and get it attested by a practicing Chartered Accountant or Gazetted Officer prior to the exam date.

  • No Center or Medium Changes: ICAI has clarified that requests to change exam centers, medium, or groups will not be accepted at this stage.

  • Allowed Items: Candidates may carry basic blue/black ballpoint pens and a battery-operated portable calculator (up to 6 functions, 12 digits, and max 2 memories). Scientific calculators and smart electronic devices remain strictly prohibited.

Candidates experiencing login issues due to server load are advised to clear browser cache files or retry during non-peak hours. Official assistance can be requested by lodging a ticket via the SSP Helpdesk portal under “Exam Grievance”.
