This marks the fourth batch for the institute’s Executive MBA offering, which aims to prepare professionals for an AI-driven business world through a full curriculum and immersive learning experiences. The admission process is structured into three distinct stages to identify promising candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for the Executive MBA Program

To be considered for the Executive MBA program, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA. This minimum percentage is adjusted for reserved categories, with NC-OBC and EWS candidates requiring at least 45% marks, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates need a minimum of 40% marks. The Bachelor’s degree must represent at least three years of education completed after higher secondary schooling (10+2).

In addition to academic qualifications, candidates are required to have a minimum of three years of post-qualification full-time work experience as of the application closing date. This experience must be at an officer/executive level or higher, as a professional, or as an entrepreneur. Part-time work experience, clerical roles, and apprenticeships are explicitly not considered eligible. There is no age limit for applicants, but the program is exclusively open to Indian nationals residing in India.

Category Bachelor’s Degree (Min Aggregate Marks)
UR (Un-Reserved) 50%
NC-OBC 45%
EWS 45%
SC 40%
ST 40%
PwD 40%

Admission Process and Key Dates

The admission process for the Executive MBA program is divided into three stages. Candidates who possess a valid test score from CAT, GRE, or GMAT may be exempted from appearing in the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT). For Round 1 applicants, the EMAT is scheduled for 17 October 2026, followed by interviews on 18 October 2026. The results for Round 1 are slated for declaration on 23 October 2026.

The final composite score for admission is determined by a weighted evaluation. The EMAT score contributes 47.5%, the Personal Interview accounts for another 47.5%, and a 5% weight is allocated for Gender Diversity, benefiting female and transgender applicants. Applicants absent for the EMAT or interview, or those failing to provide a valid test score, will be excluded from the admission process.
