MAH BBA CET 2026 CAP Counselling Registration Ends Today: Apply by 5:00 PM

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, will close the online registration window for the MAH BBA CET 2026 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) today, July 16, 2026. Candidates who qualified in the entrance exam must complete their forms on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, before the strict deadline of 5:00 PM.

This registration is the single gateway for students looking to secure a seat in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), and Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) courses across more than 1,000 colleges in Maharashtra. Missing today’s deadline means candidates will be completely blocked from participating in both the CAP rounds and the subsequent non-CAP college level admission rounds.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

The State CET Cell has kept the initial phase entirely online. Candidates who have not yet applied should quickly follow these steps to secure their participation:

  1. Visit the Official Site: Navigate to the official Maharashtra CAP portal at cetcell.mahacet.org.

  2. Access the Portal: Click on the dedicated link for BBA/BMS/BCA/BBM admissions under the Undergraduate section.

  3. Log In: Use your existing MAH BBA CET 2026 application credentials to access the user dashboard.

  4. Fill the Form: Enter your aggregate Class 12 marks, personal details, and select your appropriate candidature category (Maharashtra State or All India).

  5. Upload Documents: Scan and upload clear copies of required paperwork, including your Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, your CET scorecard, and relevant caste or domicile certificates if applicable.

  6. Submit: Double-check all entries and hit submit before 5:00 PM.

Crucial Fee Waiver Note: Students who previously paid for and appeared in the MAH BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 entrance exam are exempt from paying any registration fee for the CAP rounds. However, All India students applying through CUET-UG scores are required to pay a fee of ₹1,300 for the General category or ₹1,000 for Reserved categories.

The Next Steps: Document Verification and Merit Lists

Filling out the application form today is only the first half of the process. All applicants must undergo document scrutiny, which remains open until July 17 at 5:00 PM. Candidates can choose either E-Scrutiny (online checking of uploaded documents) or Physical Scrutiny at designated Facilitation Centres.

Only students whose profiles are successfully verified and confirmed by the deadline will see their names on the Provisional Merit List when it is published on July 19. Following this, a three-day grievance window will open from July 20 to July 22, allowing students to point out errors in their allocated names, marks, or categories. Once all corrections are adjusted, the Final Merit List will be displayed on July 24, 2026, which will dictate the subsequent round-by-round seat allocation.

Candidates are strongly advised to complete their entries early today to avoid last-minute server overloads.
