The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) has officially opened the online portal for NIPER JEE 2026 Round 2 Web Counselling. The entire process is being hosted through the official web counselling dashboard at niperadmissions.aptonline.in. Eligible post-graduates and pharmacy aspirants must finalize their entries promptly, as the window for Round 2 registration and web options opens today, July 16, 2026.

NIPER JEE 2026 Round 2 Schedule

To prevent missing out on preferred seat options across the seven prestigious NIPER campuses (Mohali, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Kolkata, Hajipur, and Raebareli), candidates must closely follow the official timeline set by the conducting body:

Event Timeline

Payment of Admission Fee & Allotment Letter Download July 19 to July 20, 2026

Following the conclusion of Round 2, the portal will transition into the Round 3 schedule beginning on July 22, 2026.

Step-by-Step Guide to Filling Web Options

The web counselling mechanism for NIPER JEE is structured to be highly transparent. Candidates are advised to prepare their lists of preferred NIPER institutes and specific pharmaceutical branches beforehand. Below is the procedural layout based on the NIPER official user directive:

Step 1: Web Options Registration

  • Head to the official web counselling link: niperadmissions.aptonline.in.

  • Locate and click the “Web Options Registration” tab on the homepage.

  • Enter your NIPER Hall Ticket Number to load your primary academic details.

  • Upload the required Affidavit/Undertaking certificate (mandatory for candidates awaiting final results or specific certificates).

  • Accept the declaration and click “Proceed to Registration” to generate your unique Registration Reference ID.

Step 2: Access the Choice-Filling Portal

  • Return to the home screen and select “Fill Web Options”.

  • Enter your credentials: NIPER Hall Ticket Number, Registration Reference ID, Date of Birth, and Registered Mobile Number.

  • Click “Get OTP”, input the verification code received on your mobile device, and hit submit.

Step 3: Exercising Options and Selecting Courses

  • Select your specific qualifying degree or eligibility course from the interactive dropdown list.

  • The screen will project the list of available NIPER branches and specialty courses. Add your selections in order of preference.

  • Ensure you add a high number of preferences to maximize seat allocation safety based on your NIPER JEE rank matrix.

Step 4: Reviewing and Printing Options

  • Carefully review the sequence of your locked preferences.

  • Submit the final choices and navigate to “Print Web Options” to download a hard copy of your submission for downstream verification.

Mandatory Documents Checklist for Counselling Verification

While the choice filling is completely online, data verification happens concurrently. Candidates are instructed to keep electronic scans and physical duplicates of the following credentials ready:

  • NIPER JEE 2026 Admit Card & Rank/Score Card

  • Valid GPAT / GATE / NET Scorecard

  • Class 10th and 12th Marks sheets and passing certificates

  • B.Pharm / Qualifying Graduation Marksheets (All semesters)

  • Provisional Degree Certificate

  • Category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwBD) if applicable

  • Government-issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport)

Important Advisory Note: Candidates applying with pending final undergraduate results must submit a signed undertaking on a non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100. This states that if their final degree results are not declared by September 15, 2026, or if they fail to clear the minimum aggregate requirements (60% or 6.75 CGPA for general categories), their provisionally allotted seat will automatically be forfeited.

Candidates are urged to lock their final selections early on July 16 to avoid eleventh-hour technical glitches or server overloads. Keep tracking the status on the main portal for the official seat allotment announcement scheduled on July 17.
