Who is Eligible for Round 2 Registration?
According to WBJEEB guidelines, the following categories of candidates can participate in Round 2:

Fresh Applicants: Candidates with a valid rank card who missed registering during Round 1 can complete fresh registration by paying the non-refundable counselling fee.

Upgradation Applicants: Candidates who were allotted seats in Round 1 and opted for the “Yes Upgradation” option after paying the initial seat acceptance fee.
