This final round operates on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability, concluding a multi-stage counselling process that began after the Bihar BEd Combined Entrance Test (CET-BEd) 2026 results were declared on June 19, 2026.

Engineering or Technology graduates with a specialisation in Science and Mathematics require a minimum of 55% marks. For Shiksha Shastri, specific Sanskrit qualifications are necessary.

For document verification, students must carry their CET-B.Ed 2026 Admit Card, Result/Score Card, Counselling Registration Form printout, and any college allotment letter or seat confirmation fee payment receipt if applicable. Academic documents from 10th, 12th, graduation, and post-graduation (if applicable) are mandatory. Reservation-related certificates, Aadhaar card, self-attested photocopies of all documents, recent passport-sized photographs, and migration/character/transfer certificates (if requested) are also required.
