CBSE private candidate form 2027: class 12 admissions open until 15 October

Application Window for Class 12 Private Candidates

Admission for CBSE Private Candidate Class 12th for the 2026-2027 cycle began on 15 September 2026. Eligible students have until 15 October 2026 to complete their applications. This admission window is particularly relevant for students who failed their Class 12th CBSE Board exams in 2025, as well as those who missed the opportunity to write the 12th standard exam but had appeared in practical examinations.

The practical examinations for Class 12th private candidates are typically held in February each year, with theory exams following in March. Candidates are advised to monitor the official CBSE website for specific dates and further instructions regarding the 2027 examination cycle.
