University of Hyderabad MTech & Integrated MTech Admission 2026 Reporting on 12th August (10 AM)

The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has officially released the physical reporting and document verification schedule for candidates seeking admission into its M.Tech and Integrated M.Tech (I.M.Tech) programs for the academic year 2026–27. Both CCMT and JoSAA 2026 candidates have to report to the campus on 12th August 2026. The reporting time for the same is 10 AM. 

According to the official notification (Ref No. UH/Acad/F.372/2026) issued by the Controller of Examinations, all candidates who have been allotted seats through CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan) or JoSAA/CSAB (Joint Seat Allocation Authority / Central Seat Allocation Board) are required to report in person at the university’s South Campus for final admission formalities.

Who Should Report for Admission?

Physical reporting is mandatory for candidates who have secured provisional seat allocation through CCMT or JoSAA/CSAB in any of the specified postgraduate and integrated degree specializations:

1. Candidates Admitted via CCMT

  • M.Tech. in Computer Science

  • M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence

  • M.Tech. in Bioinformatics

2. Candidates Admitted via JoSAA / CSAB

  • Integrated M.Tech. (I.M.Tech.) in Computer Science & Engineering

  • Integrated M.Tech. (I.M.Tech.) in Materials Engineering

Documents Required for Physical Reporting

Candidates reporting for admission on August 12, 2026, must carry the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies for verification.

UoH Application Form Printed copy of the submitted University of Hyderabad Samarth application form.
Entrance Exam Scorecard GATE scorecard (M.Tech) or JEE Main scorecard (Integrated M.Tech).
Class 10 Certificate Mark sheet/certificate as proof of date of birth.
Class 12 Certificate Original Class 12 mark sheet and certificate.
Qualifying Degree Documents B.E./B.Tech degree or provisional certificate and consolidated mark sheets (for M.Tech candidates).
Transfer & Migration Certificates Original Transfer Certificate (TC) and Migration Certificate.
Category Certificate Valid SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD certificate, if applicable.
Medical Fitness Certificate Certificate of medical fitness in the prescribed format.
Photo ID & Photographs Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport, along with recent passport-size photographs.

What are CCMT and JoSAA Streams?

  • CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan Admissions): A national-level counselling process conducted for admission to M.Tech and other postgraduate engineering programmes based on GATE scores at participating institutes.
  • JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority): The centralized counselling process for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes, including Integrated M.Tech courses, based on JEE Main/JEE Advanced ranks across IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs. Special rounds for vacant seats are conducted through CSAB.

After reporting to the University of Hyderabad on August 12, 2026, candidates will complete the following admission formalities:

  • Report at the venue (CIS Building, South Campus) by 10:00 AM.
  • Submit original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies for verification.
  • Complete document verification by the university admission officials.
  • Finish the admission formalities as instructed by the university.
  • Secure final admission to the allotted programme after successful verification and fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
