Registration Fees and Security Deposit Rules
A non-refundable online registration fee of ₹2,000 was applicable for all candidates participating in Round 3. The security deposit for Government Dental Colleges was ₹30,000, while for Private Dental Colleges, it was ₹2,00,000. These security deposits are refundable if no seat is allotted to the candidate. If a candidate opted for both Government and Private dental colleges, they were required to pay the higher security deposit amount of ₹2,00,000.
Candidates who had registered in earlier rounds and paid their security deposit but were not allotted a seat were permitted to participate in choice filling directly without paying the security deposit again. However, if a seat is allotted in Round 3 and the candidate fails to complete admission, their entire security deposit will be forfeited. For private dental colleges, an additional penalty applies: 50% of the tuition fee paid will also be forfeited if a candidate does not complete admission after seat allotment.

Admission Reporting and Medical Examination
Allotted candidates must undergo a mandatory medical examination at their assigned dental college or nodal center as part of the admission process.
