Candidates who participated in the final web options entry can now log in to the official AP POLYCET web counseling portal at polycetap.ap.gov.in to check their allotment status and download their official provisional allotment letters.
This final round completes the centralized online counseling process for various diploma engineering and non-engineering programs across government, government-aided, and private polytechnic institutions in Andhra Pradesh for the 2026–2027 academic session. Department officials have instructed all candidates allotted seats in this phase to complete both mandatory reporting stages—online self-reporting and physical college reporting—by July 29, 2026. Regular academic classes across all polytechnic colleges have also commenced today, July 27, 2026.

Dual Reporting Mechanism: Mandatory Admission Formalities

Crucial Warning: Failure to complete either online self-reporting or physical college reporting by the July 29 deadline will result in the immediate forfeiture of the seat. The allotment will be canceled automatically, and no further extension requests will be entertained.
