The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) and the Commissionerate of Higher Education have officially initiated the registration process for the Online Admissions Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) 2026. The online portal for AP OAMDC 2026 degree admissions opened on August 5, 2026. The last date to apply is August 11, 2026. The Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result will be announced on 26 August 2026. Eligible students can now complete their online registration at apsche.aptonline.in. 

Admissions are granted strictly on a merit basis, calculated using the marks obtained in the qualifying Board of Intermediate Education (Class 12) or equivalent examinations. There is no separate entrance test conducted for OAMDC degree admissions.

How to Apply for AP OAMDC 2026 Registration

To ensure a smooth application process, candidates should follow these steps on the official admissions portal:

1. Pre-Registration & Fee Payment: Visit the official website at apsche.aptonline.in and click on the ‘Registration / Pay Processing Fee’ link. Enter your Intermediate Hall Ticket Number, Aadhaar Number, and basic personal contact details.

2. Pay Application Fee: Select your category and make the payment online using Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Upon successful payment, an Application ID and Password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

3. Fill Application Form: Return to the home page, select ‘Fill Application’, and log in with your Application ID and date of birth/password. Fill in personal details, academic history, special categories (if applicable), and address.

4. Upload Certificates & Scanned Images: Upload a recent passport-sized photograph, signature, Class 12 marks memo, caste certificate, and other relevant supporting documents.

5. Review and Submit: Verify all entries carefully before clicking the final submission button. Download and print a copy of the filled application form for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria for AP OAMDC 2026 Admissions

Applicants must satisfy specific basic academic requirements set by APSCHE to participate in the OAMDC degree counselling process:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) Class 12 examinations or an equivalent examination recognized by APSCHE/Universities.

• Minimum Pass Marks: Applicants should have secured passing marks in the required group subjects pertinent to the chosen degree stream.

• State/Domicile Norms: Local and non-local eligibility rules established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh apply for seat distribution across colleges.

• Exclusions: Professional courses such as B.Tech, B.Pharm, and Agriculture do not fall under OAMDC and require separate entrance test counselling (AP EAPCET).
