Junior Executive (General) requires a graduation in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.

The selection process for Assistant Manager posts includes an online examination, document verification, and an interview. For Junior Executive posts, the selection process comprises an online examination and document verification. The online examination dates are yet to be announced by the CWC.

Application fees are structured based on candidate categories. General, EWS, and OBC male candidates are required to pay a total of ₹1,350, which includes an ₹850 application fee and a ₹500 intimation fee. For SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Women candidates, the total fee is ₹500, consisting solely of the intimation fee, with no application fee charged.
