TGEAPCET-2026 BiPC final phase web option begins: exercise choices by 27 September

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) and the Department of Technical Education officially commenced the online web option entry for the TGEAPCET-2026 (Bi.P.C Stream) Final Phase Counselling today, September 26, 2026. This phase is for admissions into B.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering, and Bio-Technology courses.

Qualified candidates are required to submit fresh college and course preferences through the official candidate portal at tgeapcetb.nic.in. The window for exercising web options will close at midnight on September 27, 2026, after which all submitted options will be frozen.

Key Dates for the Final Phase Counselling

The Final Phase provisional seat allotment result is scheduled for release on or before September 29, 2026. Following this, candidates must complete the payment of tuition fees and online self-reporting between September 29 and 30, 2026. Mandatory physical reporting at the allotted colleges is set for September 30 to October 1, 2026.

The processing fee for the counselling is ₹1,200 for OC/BC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST candidates. Candidates who have already paid the processing fee during Phase 1 are not required to repeat the payment. Spot Admission Guidelines will be released on or before October 2, 2026.

Instructions for Submitting Web Options

All options submitted in the First Phase have been cancelled, requiring candidates to submit and lock new web options for the Final Phase. If a new seat is allotted in the Final Phase, the seat allotted in the First Phase will be automatically cancelled and re-allotted to another candidate. Candidates must use their TGEAPCET Hall Ticket Number, Registration Number, Login ID, Password, and Date of Birth to log in to the official portal. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification.

Candidates are advised to fill as many course and college combinations as possible, arranging them in descending order of priority. It is recommended to download and print the Manual Option Entry Form in advance. Candidates are cautioned against sharing their Login ID, Password, or OTP with anyone. Those who did not participate in earlier phases must complete registration, processing fee payment, slot booking, and certificate verification. Candidates whose certificates have already been verified do not ordinarily need to repeat the verification process.
