AP LAWCET 2026 counselling: special category verification today, web options open September 29

The online registration window for counselling, which began on September 24, 2026, will close on September 29, 2026. Following registration, candidates will proceed with certificate verification and web option entry, with the entire Phase 1 admission process concluding by October 9, 2026.

Key Dates and Registration Details

The AP LAWCET 2026 Phase 1 counselling schedule outlines specific dates for each stage of the admission process. Candidates must complete their registration and certificate verification before they can fill their web options. The AP LAWCET 2026 examination was conducted on May 4, 2026, with results declared on May 18, 2026.

The counselling registration fee is ₹1,000 for OC/BC candidates and ₹500 for SC/ST candidates. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid as part of the online registration process. The official counselling portals are cap.apcfss.in and cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

Certificate Verification and Web Options

Online certificate verification commenced on September 25, 2026, and will continue until October 2, 2026. Special category verification is specifically scheduled for September 28, 2026. Candidates are required to carry original documents along with photocopies for this process.

The web options window will be active from September 29 to October 2, 2026. Candidates will have an opportunity to change their web options on October 3, 2026. Seat allotment for Phase 1 is scheduled to be released on October 6, 2026, with reporting to allotted colleges and commencement of classes set for October 7 to 9, 2026.
