Updates on CBSE and BIEAP Schedules

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the Class 10 and 12 board examination timetable for 2027 soon. As of September 27, 2026, CBSE had not released the official Class 10 and 12 date-sheet PDF. However, a CBSE official LOC circular dated September 17, 2026, confirmed the candidate-list process for the 2027 Class 10 and Class 12 main examinations. The mandatory first Class 10 board examination for CBSE will be conducted during February-March 2027. CBSE’s two-board-examination policy for Class 10 continues, with a second examination for eligible improvement and compartment candidates. CBSE has already published the 2026-27 curriculum and sample question papers for Classes 10 and 12.

Historically, for the 2026 board exams, CBSE released a tentative datesheet on September 24, 2025, and the final timetable on October 30, 2025. For Board Exams 2025, the datesheet was released on November 20, 2024, and for Board Exams 2024, it was uploaded on October 31, 2023. Over the past five years, CBSE has increasingly moved towards announcing its board exam datesheet earlier, shifting the release to October or November from December or January. For Andhra Pradesh, the AP Intermediate 2027 date sheet, subject-wise exam dates, timings, and official BIEAP examination schedule are awaited. The AP Intermediate Board Exam is conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP). For the 2026 board exams, the AP Time Table was released for both Classes 10 and 12 on November 21, 2025.

How Students Can Access Timetables and Prepare

Students should check the respective official websites for the latest announcements regarding AP Intermediate, Tamil Nadu SSLC, and Rajasthan Board (RBSE) date sheets. To download their board examination date sheets, students can visit the official website of their education board, navigate to the examination or latest notifications section, click on the link for the Class 10 or Class 12 timetable 2027, open the PDF, check subject-wise dates and timings, and then download or save the PDF for future reference.

CBSE students should rely only on the official CBSE date sheet and avoid information circulated through unofficial sources or social media. They should also check the official timetable for the shift applicable to each paper. AP Intermediate students should verify examination date, subject name, examination time, paper/subject details, applicable examination instructions, and any changes or revised dates once the official timetable is available from bieap.apcfss.in or bie.ap.gov.in.
