2. Access Candidate Login: Click on the link for “MAH MCA CET 2026 Provisional Allotment Result CAP Round 1.”

3. Enter Login Credentials: Input your Application Number and Date of Birth or Password in the designated fields.

4. Submit and View: Click on the Submit or Login button to view your provisional allotment status.

5. Download Allotment Letter: Download and take multiple printouts of the Provisional Allotment Letter for document verification and reporting.

What to Do After Seat Allotment?

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in CAP Round 1 must proceed with the self-verification of their details through candidate login. Post-allotment, candidates have two primary choices regarding their seat status:

1. Auto Freeze / Self Freeze

• Auto Freeze: If a candidate is allotted a seat according to their first preference, the seat is automatically frozen (Auto-Freeze). Such candidates cannot participate in subsequent CAP rounds and must accept the seat online, pay the seat acceptance fee, and report to the institute to confirm admission.

• Self Freeze: Candidates who are allotted a seat other than their first preference but are completely satisfied with it can manually opt for Freeze. By doing so, they accept the seat, pay the fee, and confirm their admission at the allotted institute without participating in further rounds.

2. Not Freeze (Betterment Option)

• Candidates who are allotted a seat other than their first preference but wish to seek a higher choice in CAP Round 2 must select the Not Freeze option.

• To retain the current seat while participating in the next round, candidates must accept the seat online and pay the required seat acceptance fee.

Candidates completing their physical reporting at the allotted institute must carry original copies along with self-attested sets of the following documents:

• Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets & Passing Certificates

• Graduation Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate

• Caste Certificate, Validity Certificate, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
